Brenda is the founder and owner of Farm-Land Strategies LLC. One of its founding principles is that the coordination of wealth will build value more quickly. In its application of that principle, FLS is built around the coordination of Brenda's own talents, education, and lifetime of experiences--along with those of the other members of the FLS team.

Brenda brings to the service of her clients her background as a cotton farmer's daughter from the delta of Arkansas, a co-producer with her husband, for more than 20 years, of rice and other grains, along with the fact that she is a seasoned tax attorney and accountant. Brenda has focused her legal profession, for more than 30 years, in the areas of estate, business, and tax planning, along with agricultural and real estate law.

The American Agricultural Law Association; WealthCounsel, LLC; the Christian Legal Society—Gift, Estates, and Trusts Section; Leave a Legacy; the Northwest Arkansas Estate Planning Council, and a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. She has also served as the Estate Planning Chairman of eXtention--an Agriculture Legal Practice Community. Brenda's volunteer activities include many years of pro bono legal service to various civic and non-profit councils and boards, including the Arkansas Baptist Foundation, and is a founding member of Arkansas Women in Agriculture, Inc.
